The HR Business Partner intern will:

- Lead or co‑lead HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
- Implement HR policies and processes to develop HR Business Partnering skills.
- Design and execute employee engagement activities based on data insights.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization and champion people‑focused agendas.
- Apply critical thinking and learning agility to solve HR challenges with minimal guidance.
