About this role
Provide daily production support for the UKG Payroll system and Passport Workforce to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and time‑attendance data. Manage incident resolution and troubleshoot payroll exceptions. Validate and reconcile payroll data, ensuring compliance with statutory rules. Support payroll cycle activities including pre‑run checks, pay register reviews, retro calculations, and reporting. Monitor and resolve Passport time‑and‑attendance exceptions, maintaining clean data for payroll. Ensure seamless data flows between Passport Workforce and UKG Payroll, troubleshoot integration issues, and collaborate with technical teams on data mapping errors. Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and testing in UKG and Passport environments. Deliver user support, training, and knowledge transfer for end users and HR/payroll teams.
