About this role
Provide end‑to‑end production support for Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on stabilizing the live environment. Manage day‑to‑day production incidents and service requests across Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, and Talent Management modules. Perform root‑cause analysis, implement fixes, and drive process improvements. Ensure SLA adherence, handle escalations, and generate incident reporting. Support patches, upgrades, and system maintenance activities. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data corrections, and reporting issues. Document known issues, solutions, and support guides. Assist with configuration changes, testing, and preparation of functional documentation, support notes, and user training guides. Participate in CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles for minor changes or patches, acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
