About this role
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract‑to‑hire and full‑time technical positions, from requisition through onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and candidate profiles. Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and niche tech communities. Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and drive the offer process. Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and build a pipeline of pre‑qualified talent for critical skill sets. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, fair employment practices, and data privacy regulations.
