About this role

The Non-Tech Recruiter owns the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for non‑technical positions, from requisition intake through onboarding support. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements and priorities, sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking, screening resumes and conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules and feedback, driving candidate engagement, managing salary discussions, offers, and joining formalities, maintaining accurate ATS records, tracking recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health), and supporting employer branding and talent‑pipeline initiatives.
