About this role
Provide end‑to‑end production support for Oracle Finance Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, Indirect Tax). Manage day‑to‑day production incidents and service requests, perform root‑cause analysis, implement fixes and process improvements, ensure SLA adherence and timely escalation. Support patches, upgrades, and system maintenance activities. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data corrections, and reporting issues. Maintain knowledge base and documentation of recurring issues. Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, workflow adjustments, and prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials. Participate in testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) for minor releases or patches and provide process guidance and system navigation support to business users.
