About this role

Lead end‑to‑end governance and production support for Oracle SaaS/Fusion applications and related platforms. Establish and govern support processes including incident, problem, change, release, and service request management. Ensure timely resolution of production issues, lead major incident management and escalations, and drive service reviews, operational governance meetings, KPI tracking, and executive reporting. Oversee transition from implementation to steady‑state support, coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and managed service vendors. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, security processes, and governance standards. Drive root‑cause analysis, issue prevention, support stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives while monitoring SLA performance, support metrics, backlog, service quality, and operational risks.
