About this role
Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of an enterprise‑scale, cloud‑native Data & AI platform (lakehouse, streaming, semantic layer, feature store, model serving, LLMOps). Modernize the data estate for global, real‑time decisioning with strong security, compliance and cost efficiency. Build intelligent data pipelines, reusable governed data products, and institutionalize DataOps for rapid, reliable delivery. Establish MLOps/LLMOps foundations, partner with data science to operationalize generative AI responsibly, and embed SRE practices for observability and reliability. Co‑lead data governance and responsible AI initiatives, drive FinOps for data/AI cost optimization, and mentor a global engineering team. Adopt a product‑operating model, prioritize backlogs with business owners, and champion a culture of speed, trust, and execution excellence.
