About this role

The Senior HR Business Partner will:
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing actionable HR insights and supporting strategic decision‑making.
• Align people strategy with business goals, driving performance and growth.
• Lead end‑to‑end performance management processes, moving from traditional reviews to real‑time, feedback‑driven systems.
• Identify critical talent segments, develop succession plans, and implement retention strategies.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a high‑performance culture and improve overall employee experience.
• Leverage HR analytics (attrition, engagement, promotions, etc.) to generate insights and translate data into actionable strategies.
• Support organizational transformation initiatives such as mergers, restructurings, and policy changes, ensuring smooth communication and adoption.
• Participate in compensation benchmarking, internal parity analysis, and reward programs to drive motivation and fairness.
• Drive efficiency in HR operations through process improvements, automation, and digital tool adoption, supporting continuous system enhancements.
