About this role

The HR Business Partner Intern will:
- Perform data analysis to drive meaningful actions and initiatives.
- Manage performance processes and shadow senior HR leaders in people practices.
- Drive HR initiatives for the business and own project components.
- Implement HR policies and processes to evaluate and develop individuals on HR Business Partnering.
- Conduct employee engagement activities based on data and business insights.
- Communicate professionally, connect with people, and champion people‑focused agendas.
- Apply critical thinking, learning agility, and a results‑driven approach to deliver outcomes.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives with minimal guidance.
