About this role
The Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead – Application Support will act as the primary escalation point for complex functional issues and lead end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion finance solution delivery across GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management modules. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), deployment, and post‑go‑live support. The role will coordinate on‑shore and off‑shore support teams, manage production support and project‑based enhancements, and ensure adherence to ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, release). Key duties involve stakeholder and vendor governance, data migration oversight, architecture standard definition, and continuous service improvement in an agile environment.
