About this role
The RTR Associate/Senior Associate will be responsible for core financial accounting activities within the Bangalore GCC. Key duties include executing timely bank reconciliations, managing intercompany transactions (bookings, reconciliations, dispute resolution), supporting month‑end closing by preparing and posting journals and balance‑sheet reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with SOX controls and internal financial policies. The role also assists in transitioning RTR processes from on‑shore teams or third‑party vendors to the Bangalore center and works aligned with business hours, with additional effort during month‑end close periods.
