About this role
The Oracle CPQ Lead – Application Support is responsible for the stability and performance of the Oracle CPQ Cloud platform. Key duties include managing L2/L3 production support incidents and enhancements, configuring system settings, product and pricing rules, and commerce processes. The role involves writing and customizing code using BML, BMQL, and Groovy to meet business needs, establishing and maintaining integrations with Microsoft CRM, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and other ERP systems, and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud configurations. The incumbent will gather requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, lead technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and actively participate in testing, deployment, and post‑deployment activities. Documentation of configurations, customizations, and support processes is also a core responsibility.
