About this role
Partner with business leaders to provide actionable HR insights and support strategic decision‑making. Align people strategy with business objectives to drive performance and growth. Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy. Lead end‑to‑end performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration, and transition to real‑time feedback systems. Identify critical talent segments, develop retention strategies, succession plans, and career development frameworks while monitoring attrition trends. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, manage grievances, and foster a high‑performance culture. Leverage HR analytics to generate insights, create dashboards, and support talent decisions. Support organizational transformation initiatives such as mergers, restructuring, and policy changes, driving communication and adoption. Participate in compensation benchmarking, internal parity analysis, and reward programs to ensure fairness and transparency. Drive efficiency in HR operations through process improvements, automation, and digital tool adoption, supporting system implementation and continuous improvement.
