About this role
Provide production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, Procurement) and Oracle Integration Cloud, handling incidents and service requests within SLA. Design, develop, debug, and deploy RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions). Create and maintain custom reports using BI Publisher and OTBI, and perform data loads via HDL/FBDI. Build and support integrations using OIC and other platforms. Conduct data analysis, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and perform root cause investigations. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and runbooks. Assist with quarterly updates, regression testing, and validation of Fusion Cloud changes. Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and enhancements.
