About this role

Lead L2/L3 production support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Journeys, Security). Troubleshoot and resolve employee data, hiring, candidate lifecycle, approvals, role provisioning, and security access issues. Own incident triage, defect analysis, root‑cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs. Configure and maintain Core HR, ORC, Journeys, Redwood UI, Business Rules, and related processes. Manage HCM Security including RBAC, custom roles, data security, and segregation of duties. Partner with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and cross‑functional support groups to analyze problems, recommend solutions, and implement enhancements. Support quarterly releases, perform impact analysis, regression testing, and production deployments. Coordinate with Oracle Support for product issues and escalations. Produce support documentation, knowledge articles, issue logs, and handover materials. Support integrations and downstream impacts involving HCM modules and enterprise applications.
