About this role
Lead end‑to‑end governance and production support for Oracle SaaS/Fusion applications, establishing incident, problem, change, release, and service‑request processes. Ensure timely resolution of production issues, manage major incidents and escalations, and drive service reviews, KPI tracking, and executive reporting. Oversee transition from implementation to steady‑state support, coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and managed‑service vendors. Enforce internal controls, audit and security standards, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor SLA performance, backlog, service quality, and operational risks.
