About this role
Provide production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, Procurement) and Oracle Integration Cloud, handling technical incidents and service requests within SLA targets. Design, develop, debug, and deploy RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components, including custom BI Publisher and OTBI reports, and data loads via HDL/FBDI. Create and maintain integrations using OIC and other platforms, perform root‑cause analysis, and resolve complex technical issues. Prepare and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge‑base articles. Support quarterly updates, regression testing, and validation of Fusion Cloud changes. Partner with functional and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and enhancements, ensuring adherence to SaaS best practices, security, and workflow standards.
